The Subliminal Serval is the debut album of DJ/producer Space Exposure (Roel Janssen). The record was produced in almost two years. Electronics, IDM, techno, breakbeat, ambient, hiphop and noise are forged together with guitar, samples and field recordings.

The album moves in many different directions and is never limited to one style. It's a freaky musical journey through space: raw, dark, dirty, punchy & crunchy in a lo-fi atmosphere.

The music finds it’s balance through introverted, fuzzy, rugged and dynamic sounds, combined with extroverted, uplifting and danceable beats and rhythms.

Two guest guitarists are featured on this album: Paco Sasa (Gijs Gerrits from Macondo Dust Band) and George van Wetering (singer/composer of Monokino).

The new album ‘Less Is More’ was released in August 2020 at Lynx Produktionz.
